How to Use
- Add 1.25 cups of water to1 cup of the idli mix and mix gently to a smooth batter.
- Keep aside for 2 to 3 min
- Pour the batter into idli plates greased with vegetable oil and steam for 12 to 14 min
- Cool for 1 min and remove the idli from the plates
- Serve hot idlis with sambar or chutney
- Top the hot idli with ghee for better taste.
